Queen Creek American Legion JROTC Sponsorship Program
The Queen Creek American Legion proudly supports local Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) programs, fostering leadership, citizenship, and community service among youth in the East Valley. Our sponsorship extends to cadets from Queen Creek High School, Eastmark High School, and ALA Applied Technologies, helping them develop the skills and values that embody the spirit of service and patriotism.
Our Mission
We aim to strengthen the connection between JROTC cadets and the veteran community by:
- Encouraging respect for military service and civic duty
- Promoting leadership development and character education
- Supporting academic achievement and community involvement
What We Do
The Queen Creek American Legion provides:
- Program Sponsorships & Scholarships: Financial and logistical support for JROTC activities, competitions, and advancement opportunities.
- Recognition Events: Awards for outstanding cadets who demonstrate excellence in leadership, academics, and service.
- Community Service Partnerships: Opportunities for cadets to participate in veteran outreach, patriotic ceremonies, and local community initiatives.
- Mentorship: Veterans share experience and guidance with cadets considering military or public service careers.
Impact
Through this partnership, hundreds of young men and women have gained valuable life skills, discipline, and a strong sense of civic pride — continuing the American Legion’s century-long tradition of “For God and Country.”
