American Legion Duane Ellsworth Post 129 Legacy Giving Program

The Legacy Giving Program provides individuals, families, and businesses with the opportunity to make a meaningful, tax-deductible donation that directly benefits the Queen Creek community.

Unlike general donations, the Legacy Giving Program allows donors to choose the specific program they wish to support. 100% of every donation is deposited into a restricted account dedicated solely to that program. Funds are never diverted to administrative costs or other programs, ensuring your gift is used exactly as you intended.

Donors may choose to support programs such as:

Boys State – Developing tomorrow’s civic leaders through hands-on government education.
Oratorical Program – Awarding scholarships while promoting knowledge of the U.S. Constitution and public speaking.
Scouting – Supporting local Scout units and developing the next generation of community leaders.
JROTC – Assisting local Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps programs that build leadership, citizenship, and character.
Veteran Assistance – Providing emergency assistance and support to veterans and their families in need.
American Legion Law Enforcement Career Academy (ALLECA) – Introducing young adults to careers in law enforcement through hands-on leadership training.
Junior Shooting Sports – Teaching firearm safety, responsibility, discipline, and marksmanship in a safe and structured environment.
Baseball – Supporting local American Legion Baseball teams while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership among youth.

Each of these programs has its own restricted account, ensuring every dollar donated remains dedicated to the program selected by the donor.

Most importantly, every dollar stays right here in the Queen Creek community, supporting local veterans, youth, families, and community programs sponsored by American Legion Duane Ellsworth Post 129.
