Duane Ellsworth Post 129 – Legacy Program

The Legacy Program of American Legion Duane Ellsworth Post 129 is a community partnership initiative designed to invest directly in the youth of Queen Creek.

Our mission is simple: Let’s create a legacy for the teens of Queen Creek.

Through the American Legion’s nationally recognized programs, we help young men and women become stronger leaders, more confident public speakers, and ultimately more confident, capable adults. From Boys State and the Oratorical Scholarship Program to the Law Enforcement Career Academy and Scouting support, these programs give our youth real-world leadership experience, civic education, and personal growth opportunities that shape their future.

Post 129’s goal is to lift up our kids and build a strong foundation for them to build on. We believe that when young people are given opportunity, mentorship, and community support, they rise to the occasion.

But we cannot do it alone.

It will take the entire town — businesses, community leaders, and residents — working together to build that foundation. The students who benefit from these programs today will become tomorrow’s employees, community leaders, first responders, and business owners. Investing in them is an investment in the long-term strength and stability of Queen Creek.

The Legacy Program provides a structured, transparent way for our community to support these efforts and directly impact the next generation.

Together, we can create a legacy that lasts far beyond today.

We are not asking you to fully fund any single program. Any amount you choose to contribute will help us reach the total funding goals for the program(s) you select. Every contribution makes a meaningful impact.

With one annual donation, you may choose to support one or more of the following areas. Funds are restricted and will be used only for the program(s) you select.

Duane Ellsworth American Legion Duane Ellsworth Post 129 is a registered 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization, and all donations are 100% tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. An official donation acknowledgment letter will be provided for your tax records.
